When you choose to connect third-party services, we may collect:

  • Apple Calendar: Calendar names and identifiers for calendars you select to sync (we do not access your calendar events)
  • Google Calendar: Calendar names and identifiers for calendars you select to sync (we do not access your calendar events)
  • Apple Health: Health data you explicitly authorize, such as energy and activity metrics

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the App's functionality
  • Store and display your intentions, reflections, and energy logs
  • Sync with calendars you have authorized

Local Storage

All your personal data (intentions, reflections, energy logs) is stored locally on your device. We do not transmit this data to external servers.

Third-Party Integrations

When you connect third-party services:

  • Google Calendar: Authentication is handled securely through Google's OAuth 2.0. We only request read-only access to your calendar list, not your events.
  • Apple Calendar: Access is managed through Apple's EventKit framework with your explicit permission.
  • Apple Health: Access is managed through Apple's HealthKit framework with your explicit permission.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Data Sharing

  • Delete all your data using the “Delete All Data” option in Settings

  • Revoke calendar and health data permissions through your device settings

Notifications

You can enable or disable notifications through the App settings or your device's notification settings.

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
